The SKALAR is a computer and electronic system, installed in to a small box, the size of a shoebox, fitted at every location, with 6 inlets for analog and digitally measured information. It can measure: electricity, water, and natural gas or any other measurable object. As the SKALAR is a computer (Java data base) it does all the calculations that are predicted by the Management and are programmed in to it, Before transmitting the data by a secured method of communications to the central office ( into the EnerGo) through one of it's 2 outlets available ( the other outlet can transmit to any other location).
The transmitted data from all of the locations through the SKALAR is then collected on real time, into an analyzing and bench marking computer program called "Energo" which is installed at the head office, and together they compose the system. The system allows "seeing on real time" each measurable activity in all of the locations and is capable to do the benchmarking between the measured items, finding out where the use is excessive and then the team will identify what causes the excessive use. Once identified, corrective measures can be undertaken and reduction in consumption will be achieved.

The LEC (Lighting Energy Control) is a unique patented system that operates on a micro multi stage voltage transformation system (A ratio of 0.081 for every stage) that was purposely developed by Power Electronic Systems – Israel, for this application.
It reduces the voltage by approximately 5V every stage, adjustable up to 60V.
Controlled by an electronic system operating microprocessors, astronomic clock and 4 adjustable time zones.
Active voltage balancer + - 1%.
Insignificant self-consumption.
Insignificant loss of illumination (between 8 and 15%), when kWh reduction is 20 to 30%, (subject to the condition of the wiring, ballasts and bulbs).
Create smooth lighting operations with no harmonics disturbances.
